American schizophrenic and manic-depressive via diagnosis. Intelligent and dependable though high strung, he has been hospitalized at a mental health center; not extremely ill, but unable to lead a normal life. In excellent physical condition, a cadet at West Point for less than a year when he resigned and then became a student for only two terms. He is a recreational drug user.
