Biography
American learning disabled child. With supportive parents she had extra tutoring in school, through they would not discuss her handicap.
As a young adult she took a job in a hospital laundry. In December 1992 she had a bad spell in which she became disoriented and did not know who or where she was. She was sent to the mental hospital for three weeks, then sent home on medication. It took a while for her to return to her customary sweet, loving and sociable self.
Her cousin, born on the same day, was also born learning disabled.
