Biography
American case of infant mortality pronounced dead by physician 11/03/1946, 1:00 PST. In the funeral home 13 hours later, the infant was heard crying while in the cooler. It was rushed to the hospital where it died soon after arrival. A damage suit of $100,000 was brought against the doctor and nurses and was heard in the L.A. courts 11/25/1946.
