Biography
American congenitally united babies joined at the chest and abdomen. They experienced severe respiratory problems due to a lack of maturity of their lungs. Surgeons attempted a separation surgery in a two hour and fifteen minute operation after birth, but both babies died on 10/15/1974, 8:12 PM PDT.
