Biography
Croatian architect. Robert started school with the study of electro-engineering but changed his major after a year to architecture. His is known for his expertise in computer software that renders architectural drawings.
He is an only child, the son of a chemical engineer and bank clerk; small in stature. His dad died of cancer in 1987. He married in 1982 and his wife worked as a saleswoman to help support his studies. He graduated in 1985 and began work but the marriage failed in 1989. That year, he divorced and moved back to his mother's home. The firm where he worked went bankrupt so he was out of work.
In 1991 he was mobilized into the army and spent a year fighting the Croatian war, which left him with psychological problems. He began practicing yoga for relaxation and health and became a vegetarian. He met his future wife in the yoga society. He and Ines married in 1993. Their daughter Nira was married later that year and in 1997, a second daughter, Gita. Ever since the war, Robert has been unemployed outside of occasional free-lance contracts.
