Biography
American mother of tragic strangulation death of one of her two twins in a car with their father 4/11/1994. Josh released himself from his car seat and became entrapped in the car window when he was throwing his toys out the window. Josh's father attempted revival, Josh was transported to the local hospital and was declared dead after 14 hours of resuscitation 4/12/1994 9:42 AM EDT Delaware.
Josh's mother had children by a previous mate and never married the father of the twins.
