Biography
American employee in software product development. At the age of ten months she was a toddler who walked by keeping her hands along the wall. Smelling fresh-baked muffins, she toddled to the stove and put her hands along the side of the hot oven. Her burning hands stuck to the oven and her mom used a spatula to scrape them free. Grabbing her child, her mom ran out the front door and cried to a neighbor for help. As a matter of serendipity, the neighbor was just leaving for her appointment at a dermatologist, and the dermatologist approached Orca with experimental new methods that were remarkably successful.
At age 34, Orca was not content with her job but wanted something more meaningful. She met a man and as a result of their relationship, converted to Judaism, her father's religion, and married the man. She quit her job and with an intensive focus on religion, considered becoming a rabbi.
Orca was also a paraglider.
