Biography

American circus member starting as a cowboy from age 12 to 26. R.W. suffered with complete muscle atrophy from syphilis but was mentally bright and studied law 1908-1914. Passing the bar and becoming an attorney, he moved his way up to a judge by 1923. In 1924, he joined a carnival and was exhibited as the "human skeleton.
