Biography
Italian famous cartoon strip author, first published in 1945, the creator of the character, Corto Maltese, which made him famous in the publication, "La Bataille de la mer salee."
Pratt spent his childhood in Ethiopia before moving to Argentina for 14 years. His first marriage was 3/12/1953, ending in divorce 1/30/1973.
Pratt died 8/20/1995, Pully, Switzerland.
