Biography
American author, astrologer and osteopathic physician from 1959. He graduated from Penn State university in 1949 and from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Des Moines, IA, in 1959. A student of astrology since1939, he served as President of AFA, 1969 to 1979, and later as third vice-president. He is the author of "Seventy-Five Windows," 1978.
Married with two children, Pounds died in 1981.
