Biography
American homicide; indicted for the death of one of the nine highway serial killing victims in New Bedford in the '90s. He had a cocaine habit and used women to obtain drugs for him, and knew several of the women victims. The D.A. Ronald Pina worked for years on the case but left the case unconcluded when he was defeated in elections.
