Biography
American actress and member of noted family. The product of a bi-racial marriage, her father is famous Black actor Sydney Poitier and her mother is actress Joanna Shimkus.
She has starred in "Knight Rider" and has had roles in several other movies, working with the likes of Clint Eastwood and Helen Mirren. She is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts
