Biography

German astrologer. A follower of A. Witte, he was an advocate of Uranian astrology with special interest in rectification and sensitive points. He was the author of several books, including a data collection, and editor of a correspondence course on graphology. Perch died on 4/17/1994, 22:15 MEDT, Hamburg, Germany.
