Biography

Brazilian author and psychic. He claims psychic contact with extra-terrestrials and has developed an ambitious program, as an architect, which projects seven "contact stations" nationwide, on strategic places that would survive floods "by the turn of the century". Paula wrote a book on his contacts with the extra-terrestrials.
