Biography
American athlete, youngest member of the US hockey team in the 2006 winter Olympics, held in February 2006 in Torino, Italy. The 2006 bronze medalist, she copped the 2005 World championship as well as the 2005 Four Nations Cup silver medalist.
She began playing hockey at age 5 and by age 8 was playing on a boys' team, the Boston Junior Terriers. In high school, she scored 222 goals and 406 points and is known for her no-smile, no celebratory dance, let's keep playing attitude after she scores a goal.
