Biography

Italian tennis player, winner of the singles championship December 1976. He lost at the international meet in Rome, 5/21/1977. He is the brother of Claudio Panatta, also a tennis champ. Adriano retired from the game in 1982, becoming captain of the Davis Cup and technical coach of the Italian Tennis Team from 1985.

Adriano went into the fashion and garment business with the manufacturing of a line of his own sportswear.
