Biography
Iranian royalty; the wife of the Shah of Iran. Born to a socially prominent family, she was a good student, well educated in private schools. She studied math and science and went on to Paris to study architecture. After meeting the recently divorced Shaw in 1959, they became engaged within weeks and married on 12/21/1959. Their son Reza was born in 1960, the first of four kids.

Ebertin in "Contract Cosmogram;" later stated as not infallible. Gwen Stoney quotes "Farah, Shahbanou of Iran" by Leslie Blanche for October 14, 1938. Fagan wrote that according to news clippings, she was born at Isfahan at 11:50 AM.
Luc De Marre writes, "The Shah always refused to make her date public. It is not known if she was born in Teheran or in the N.W. part of Iran, the province of Azerbeidschan, or the country. The date is either the 14th, the 15th or the 25th of October. Hours are purely speculative."
