Biography
Swedish royalty, the son of Oscar I of the Bernadotte line and Josephine de Beauharnais. He acceded the throne as King of Sweden 1872-1907 and of Norway 1872-1905. On 6/06/1857, he married Sophia Wilhelmina Mariana and they had four kids, Gustav, 6/16/1858, who became King of Sweden; Oscar Charles Augustus, Count of Wisborg, 11/15/1859; Charles, Prince of Sweden, 2/27/1861; and Eugene Napoleon Nicholas, Duke of Narke, 8/01/1865.
