Biography
American psychic who claimed to be a healer. He was arrested on 7/03/1975 for fraud, which included bunko healing, practicing medicine without a license and taking money under false pretenses. Oakes was found guilty when the jury was informed that he had a mail-order minister's certificate for which he had paid $5.00.
