Biography
German professional media astrologer, based in the Munich area, in the 1980s and 1990s publisher of the popular astrological magazines 'Jupiter' and 'Astro-venus'. Well known via Noé Astro TV. His company and brand 'Noé Astro' are now owned by Questico AG, Berlin.
Noé made a public scandal when his wife Andrea Noé Roever (born 30 March 1965) left him in 2011 for Noé's friend pastor Fliege.
