Biography
French real estate agent and businessman. He was accused of fraud in January 1989 in his business dealings. On 8/16/1996 he was arrested and accused of acting as a ‘’go between’’ for Marc Dutroux and his clients. Accused of kidnapping Laetitia Delhez, he was sentenced to three years in jail on 12/30/1996.
