Biography
Italian attorney, degree in 1961. A business executive, he was manager of railroads until becoming the center of a political scandal and was arrested for corruption 9/16/1996. Necci justified his fraud by saying that his salary of 800 million a year (about $400,000 U.S.) was insufficient to support his family.
Necci was replaced by Giancarlo Cimoli (12/12/1939, 5:00 Fivizzano)
