Biography

American military man, a Brigadier General in the U.S. Marine Corps. The director of manpower, plans and policy for the USMC, he is located in Washington, DC. During the Persian Gulf War, he conducted daily press briefings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Neal joined the Marines in the '60s while still in school, by the time he graduated, he was a commissioned second lieutenant, ready for the first of his two tours to Vietnam.

Married, he has three kids.
