Biography

American director, talented and versatile as an actor, playwright, documentary writer, guitar player and composer. He has won an Obi, a Tony nomination and a Drama Desk award for his work. Moses was the co-founder and artist director of The Free Southern Theatre in New Orleans, 1963; he wrote the music and lyrics, scored four songs and directed "Willy Dynamite" in 1974 and directed "The Fish That Saved Brooklyn," 1979. His TV credits include "Roots," 1977 and more, mostly theatrical musicals and dramas.
