Biography

American merchant marine who was killed on 2/22/1990 in an explosion aboard the US-flagged Kuwaiti tanker "Surf City" in the Persian Gulf. He served as the first mate of the "Surf City" and an employee of the Glen Eagle Ship Management Company of Texas.
