Biography
American homicide victim. He was a merchant marine and smelter employee who was involved in an altercation with the man sitting next to him the cafe where he was eating on 11/10/1953. When he complained about the food the stranger disagreed; he drew a knife, slashed McArthur's cheek and stabbed him in the chest and stomach. McArthur died five hours later.
