Biography

Belgian royalty, named Marie-Jose Charlotte Sofie Amelie. On 1/08/1930, she married Umberto II of Italy. Known as "The May Queen", she was Queen Consort of Italy for one month in 1946.

Died of lung cancer in Geneva, Switzerland on 27 January 2001.
