Biography

Romanian-American astrologer who was the author of 12 books in various languages, including, "Scientific Astrology," which was published in the U.S. in 1973. He stated that his doctorates included philosophy as well as divinity and science.

Died of cancer on 1/10/1983, Cleveland, OH
