French writer, a literary and movie critic and co-screenwriter for the following films, "Une Femme aux Abois," 1967 and "Le Crime," 1983.
Manchette married on 8/03/1968. He had an operation for a tumor of the pancreas in 1991. Died on 6/03/1995.
