Biography

American homicide suspect who was thought to have murdered Daniel Vallone, whose body has never been found. After the case was featured on the TV show "America's Most Wanted," Malloy was apprehended in Tampa, FL. Vallone, age 36, had disappeared on 12/03/1987 along with a $621 balance in his checking account. He was last seen with Jim Malloy, a carpenter wanted in six counties in Georgia on charges ranging from auto theft to probation violation. Malloy was seen on 12/4/1987 loading his belongings into Vallone's dark brown Ford pickup truck.
