Biography
Canadian championship figure skater, the winner of an Olympic Silver Medal 1972. Her titles included Canada's Female Amateur Athlete of the Year, 1971 and 1972. Active as a skating builder, she founded the Champions Way Skating Schools and the Karen Magnussen Foundation. She was director of the 1996 British Columbia Winter games.
