Biography
Scottish nobleman, Lord Mackay of Clashfern and Lord Chancellor in the present government. Using his power, he introduced plans in 1989 to reform the legal profession. He also is the focus of a schism within the Free Presbyterian Church. This focus followed his suspension as an elder of the church when he chose to attend the Roman Catholic funeral of a friend.
