Biography
American writer, a poet and author of a dozen volumes of verse. She was a militant leader in the development of modern American poetry. Her most noted volume of verse began with, "A Dome of Many Colored Glass." Heavyset and large in structure, she paid no attention to the Boston Brahmins who raised their eyebrows at her lesbian lifestyle. She received numerous academic awards and was posthumously awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1926.

Frances McEvoy quotes a chart she got from Grant Lewi in 1951 for 3:00 PM LMT; he gave her another chart at a later date for 1:00 AM. Grant Lewi got much of his information from Evangeline Adams.
