Biography
American writer. She became an author of sophisticated short film features, starting her first writing at age 12. Her first "Lorelei Lee" stories appeared in 1925 with her two most famous, "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" in 1925 and "Gentlemen Marry Brunettes" in 1928. Both books were made into movies.
