Biography
British attorney and former Malaysian deputy permanent representative to the U.N.; the first Malaysian woman ambassador to Austria and Yugoslavia, and then to Belgium and the European Economic Community (EEC). On 10/01/1982 she was appointed the new director of the Regional Centre for Arbitration (RCA). An experienced diplomat, Lim was one of four Malaysian women awarded for outstanding achievement.
