Biography

French youth who was raised in abominable emotional conditions. His father regularly raped Gerard's sisters, and Gerard's older brother was jailed for incest, regular abuse of his sisters.

On 8/28/1988, about 5:00 AM Gerard kidnapped ten-year-old Delphine Boulay from a camp where she was on holiday, Villerville. Her heavily bruised and burned body was found on 9/06/1988. Gerard was sentenced to a 30-year term in prison without possibility of parole.
