Biography
British journalist, newswoman and TV host of "Desert Island Discs." Lawley started in the '70s making her name on the show "Nationwide" and from 11/01/1995 she joined the TV current affairs program "Here and Now." A forceful interviewer, she was in the highlight with a few public gaffs in 1996 and her personal life, alleged and otherwise, has always attracted media attention.
