Biography
French astrologer and author of "Astrologie mondiale : Quinze ans de paix sur l'Europe," 1938. His best work, "Ceux qui nous guident," 1946, influenced the research of Michel Gauquelin. Died in 1989.

Original entry, rated A, gave the date shown with a time of 14:51 in Grenoble, France with the following source notes: "Patrice Guinard quotes Lescaut from Patrice Louaisel, in Astrolabe No.16, 1994, born in Saint Bucil [sic], near Grenoble." However, In 2010, Francois Carriere posted a citation from Lasson's book, "Traité d'Astrologie Moderne", Éditions Claude DEPAIRE, Neuilly-sur-Marne, 1954, pp. 181-185: Carriere's translation: "It is about a male subject, born on September 17, 1901, at about 30 kilometers north of Grenoble (Lat.: 45°28 North, Long.: 5°41 East [Note: this is St BUEIL]), at 15h according birth certificate; in fact, the birth happened at 15h20m21s (I will tell why later) and this is with this time we shall construct the horoscope. «At that time, official time was that of Paris [Note: Lmt 0h09m20s East]; since Greenwich is the reference for ephemeris, but also for longitudes, we shall transform 15h20m21s, Paris Mean Time, to Greenwich Mean Time, and it becomes 15h11m [GMT].»
