Biography
French engineer and inventor. After WW II he got the contract to rebuild the wharfs of the port of Le Havre. He invented a process to pour cement underwater and made a fortune.
In 1960 Larquetoux bought the ruins of a citadel in Belle-Ile en Mer. Since then he has invested more than $34 million in the restoration.
He married on 6/22/1931. Widowed, he later remarried on 12/09/1939.
