Biography
Dutch kidnapper and accomplice of Patrick Haemers in the kidnapping of the former Belgium Prime Minister, Paul Van Den Boeynants, in January 1989. Lacroix escaped from jail 5/03/1993, was captured and returned to jail where he has remained incarcerated as of 1994.
