Biography
American jazz drummer. He worked with Sonny Rollins off and on, including a European tour from October 1957 to February 1959. He also played with Tony Scott in 1959. During hiatus, he sometimes worked in a law office or for the New York Public Library as a clerk. He was considered one of the most promising young New York drummers of his day.
