Biography
American stock car racer, he began racing at age 16 in 1988. He competed as often as he could in regional and local races but in 1994 Matt became the youngest driver ever to win the Miller Genuine Draft National championships.
Married with one son, he has racked up an impressive list of wins and championships to his name including several Busch series wins and a
NASCAR Winston Cup Champion in 2003.
