Biography
Spanish politician, diplomat and economist. He was a teacher in top universities, the holder of a PhD and achiever of the highest honors in school. Secretary of the Embassy in 1958, he was the Advisor to the Embassy in 1961, the Minister of Tourism in 1962 and part of the London Embassy in 1964. In 1987, he became a mediator and the leader of the opposition.
