Biography
British alleged terrorist, thought by Scotland Yard to have been one of the men who detonated bombs on the London underground system on July 7, 2005. Hussain is thought to be the one responsible for the bus bombing, killing himself and at least 13 others. His remains and the remains of some of his effects were found amid the rubble.
The young man had not been a successful student at school. He turned to religion in 2003, visiting Pakistan for Islamic studies and making a pilgrimage to Mecca. He reportedly was cautioned by police for shoplifting in 2004.
