Biography
Belgian exotic dancer, a stripper who had won the beauty title of Miss Belgium in 1996. When she was filmed bare-breasted in August that year on the Riviera with Daniel Ducruet, the husband of Princess Stephanie of Monaco, Houtteman experienced her 15 minutes of international fame. As a result of Ducruet's being caught in flagrante delicto, Princess Stephanie sued her husband for divorce.
