Biography

American official with the U.S. Dept of Defense, killed on 9/11/2001 when United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the World Trade Center.

Homer was a graduate of Northeastern U. where he majored in political science and education. He had moved to Milford in 1997. He served in an official capacity coordinating government work by Raytheon Co. in Burlington, a 27-year career. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Milford and volunteered for church and community welfare. For vacations, he and his wife traveled throughout America and Europe.
