Biography
Spanish child declared to be the reincarnation of Lama Thubten Yeshe, who died on 3/04/1984. At age three, on 3/17/1988, the boy was crowned, given his robes and made a Lama. Lama Yeshe had met the Spanish parents, Buddhist devotees, before the mother became pregnant. The child was tested extensively from infancy and recognized his former life.
Vicki Mackenzie in "The Boy Lama," writes the story of the boy who took over as the reincarnation of Lama Yeshe.
