Japanese prince, in line of succession after his uncle and father. He is the child of Princess Kiko and her husband, Prince Akishino. Born by Caesarean section, he is the imperial family's first male heir in four decades. His name means "virtuous, calm and everlasting," according to an Associated Press report.
