Biography
French-born soccer player he has played for several clubs including Monaco (beginning in 1995), Juventus and Barcelona. In July 2010 he was awarded a multi-year contract with New York's Red Bulls.
In 2010 he was accused of pushing the ball with his hand before he gave it to William Gallas who in turn scored the goal against Ireland which allowed France to participate in the World Cup in South Africa. Interestingly, Henry and Gallas were born the same day!
