Biography
American military man named Chief of the Central Intelligence Agency by President George W. Bush on May 8, 2006 replacing Porter Goss who held the job for a short time. Hayden, a four-star general in the United States Air Force, served as Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence from April 21, 2005 in the Bush administration. In 1999 he was made director of the National Security Agency.
